About Jason
As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist his job is about educating clients on the financial impact of borrowing. Jason helps clients manage their liabilities in a safe, structured, secure manner.
He uses the following planning system which consists of these steps:
1. Establish Trust Client-Planner Relationship.
2. Review Clients Present Financial Status and Goals.
3. Consult with Clients on Options.
4. Develop a Plan to Reach Short and Long Term Goals.
5. Implement the Mortgage Plan.
6. Sit Down to Meet With Clients Regarding Annual Mortgage Reviews.
 
With this system he has successfully closed over ½ of a billion dollars in mortgages and over 4,000 transactions to date.

Jason Servais is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Mortgage Consultant for ON Q Financial and has been in the industry over 14 years.  His career began as a processor, and he quickly obtained his underwriting authority.  Although he was a great asset to operations, it was his ambition to have more customer interface, which led him to originating.

It was evident this was the perfect fit for him! Jason excelled and rapidly became the top producer in the industry. 

His achievements have been recognized over the years by receiving Circle of Excellence status and Chairman’s Club awards 10 years running (2000-2010) and Platinum Club for past 4 years.
